Four kinds of account
The platform looks different depending on why you are here
Topsy is one system with four audiences on it. What you see after signing in depends on which of these you are.
- Riders and senders
- Book a ride, post a parcel, arrange a child's school run, and follow any of it live. Nothing here needs the app, though the app carries Food, Market and Medicine as well.
- Drivers and couriers
- See a job before accepting it, keep a transparent earnings history, and get paid out on a schedule you can check. Drive-to-Own is a structured route from driving to owning the vehicle.
- Merchants
- List a store, take orders, and hand deliveries to the same driver pool that carries Topsy Send. Payouts and settlements are visible per order.
- Businesses
- Move staff, clients and visitors on one account, with departments, cost centres, spend limits, approvals and a single invoice in cedis.
