Campaigns
What we are running right now.
Offers, local activations and the social work behind them. Announcements and press material live in the newsroom instead.
On the ground
Greater Accra, town by town
Topsy markets where it operates. That means the cities and towns of the Greater Accra Region rather than national advertising for a service somebody cannot yet book.
- Where the activations run
- Accra, Tema, Madina, Adenta, Ashaiman and the surrounding towns, at markets, transport hubs, campuses and shopping areas. The coverage pages list every town currently served.
- Driver and courier recruitment
- Sign-up drives run alongside rider campaigns, because a promotion that brings riders without drivers just makes the wait longer.
- Merchant sign-ups
- Local store activations in the same towns, so a customer ordering in Madina is served by a merchant in Madina.
- Why not nationwide
- Advertising a service into a town with no drivers produces a bad first experience and a deleted app. Coverage leads marketing, not the other way round.
Online
Where Topsy shows up on social
The same campaigns run online, adapted to each platform rather than posted identically to all of them.
- TikTok
- Short vertical video: what a booking actually looks like, driver stories, and answers to the questions people ask in the comments.
- YouTube
- Longer explainers and walkthroughs, including how pricing works and how to set up recurring trips such as a school run.
- Town-level reach across Greater Accra, community groups, and the place most driver recruitment conversations start.
- Campaign creative, merchant spotlights and city photography from the towns Topsy serves.
