Talking to Topsy about investment.
How to reach Topsy about investment, and what we will and will not say publicly.
Topsy is a private company
There is no listing, no ticker and no public filing to read. We would rather say that at the top of this page than have you look for a reports section that does not exist.
- No published financials
- Revenue, trip volumes and growth figures are not published. Where they are shared, it is under an agreement with a specific counterparty, not on a website.
- No reporting calendar
- There are no quarterly results, no earnings calls and no scheduled investor updates to subscribe to.
- No shares offered here
- Nothing on this page is an offer or an invitation to invest, and Topsy does not solicit investment from the public.
- What we will discuss
- The market, how the platform is built, where it operates and what it would take to extend it. That conversation starts by email rather than with a document pack.
The parts that make up Topsy
Topsy is a Ghana-focused movement platform operating across the Greater Accra Region. It runs four connected sides rather than a single product, and each has its own economics.
If you are assessing the company, the pages under About describe the platform in more detail than any summary here would, and they are written to the same standard as this one.
- Rides
- Metered trips across several vehicle classes, including scheduled and recurring travel.
- Send and merchant delivery
- Parcel and order delivery on the same courier pool.
- Business
- Corporate accounts with departments, cost centres, approvals and invoicing.
- Drive-to-Own and fleet
- Structured routes from driving into vehicle ownership, and placements for fleet owners.
